The laptop itself was as described, but it came with a non OEM charger of incorrect power. It should have been a 280W charger, but was only 230W. I'm sure the seller would have worked with me to correct this, but the laptop just wasn't what I wanted anyway so I returned it. They made the process super easy, and refunded me promptly. I would definitely not hesitate to buy from them in the future.
